Managing partner at the James Beard Award-winning Michelin-starred Batard, John built his expertise of +20 years of restaurant management and hospitality at celebrated restaurants such as Charlie Trotter, Gary Danko, and Restaurant Daniel. Prior to opening and managing Batard, John was the Maître d'hôtel at Restaurant Daniel and Café Boulud. Along the way a passion for cheese, wine, hospitality, and the customs of the table took root. John can be found watching 80’s films, skiing, cooking at home, or writing in his free time and in fact has been featured in publications such as Town & Country, Food & Wine, Esquire, and CNN.
